How long does it take?
The scan takes around 1 hr per 1,500 sqft. This can vary depending on the space.
How do I prepare for the scan?
Please prepare the space by cleaning and staging it as you want it to be captured. If you have animals, please put them in a location that will not interfere with the scan.
What happens after the scan?
When the on-site scan is complete, we will upload the capture to be processed. We will then set points for the highlight reel, add “mattertags” that have text, images or video that you provide as well as any location specific information of the scan.
What will be included in our scan?
You’ll receive all of the information you need to embed your scan in your website or link to a page on CircleShots.com that you can use as needed. We also provide custom URL options if you don’t have a website.

What types of payments do you take?
We take payments online using credit cards before the scan at a 10% discount or you can pay after the scan is delivered by credit card or check. All major credit cards are accepted. Etherium and Bitcoin are also accepted.
